We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and accept no cancellations. If you have received a damaged or a defective item, please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the same alongwith your order number and send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount within 5-7 working days, depending upon your bank. In your return note please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our below mentioned office and send us an email at [email protected] intimating the same.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] case of cancellation and refund due to error from the customer, the customer will be charged upto 15% on Creditcard/Debit Card/Net Banking transactions off the total order value.

Shipping

After receiving the order, we usually ship it in 3-4 working days through our Logistics Partner, except Sundays and Public Holidays, who further may take upto 3-5 working days to reach you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order / exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Although, we ship through our Logistic Partner’s to almost all across India, we regret that we might not be able to ship at some areas, due to their remote locations or some unavoidable circumstances.

For Orders which have more than 10 books, shipping charges might be applicable on case to case basis on the sole discretion of "Surjeet Publications" management. In such cases, customers will be called and informed about the same.
