An Introduction to Ethics William Lillie This is a straightforward account of moral philosophy for students. It differs from other elementary textbooks in giving a larger place to the rich contributions made by twentieth-century moralists, both to the interpretation of their predecessors and to original ethical speculation. Mr Lillie must be congratulated on the way in which his book is arranged, on the helpful book-list at the end, and on his wealth of interesting and sensible examples.
